New Patients

We're not accepting new patients right now.

Our practice is full, so we've paused new patient registration. You can join our waitlist and we'll contact you when a place opens.

Practice full: Not accepting new patients

Two things you can do today

Join our waitlist and we'll contact you when a place opens. Also register with Health Care Connect, Ontario's free service that matches you with any doctor or nurse practitioner who is accepting patients. Our waitlist is not a guarantee, so please do both.

Already a patient? Nothing changes for you. Book online or call 613-591-6588 as usual.

When we reopen: what a first visit looks like.

For reference only while registration is paused. Three steps, in plain language.

1

Book your first appointment

Once registration reopens and we've confirmed a place for you, we'll book a time that works and let you know what to bring.

Reception hours

Monday – Friday
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

2

Bring your essentials

A short list. Nothing exhaustive. If you're missing something, we'll work with what you have.

What to bring

  • Health card
  • Photo ID
  • Current medications
  • Relevant medical records or referrals
3

Your first visit

A relaxed, unhurried consultation. We'll review your health history, talk through your concerns, and start building a care plan together.

Plan for

A 30–45 minute first visit. Future visits are usually shorter.

What to expect from your physician

Unhurried, plain-language care.

Consultations that don't rush. Dr. TonyCheta will hear you out, walk through what she's thinking in plain language, and stay on top of things between visits so you're not chasing follow-up.

Continuity matters. You'll see Dr. TonyCheta at every visit, so context carries over instead of starting from scratch.
